How it all started…

Lillian Wetzel had always wanted to create a space for people to gather, connect and move towards their optimal and individual health and wellness goals and desires. So that's what she did, she opened up her first studio and called it ­­­­­Remedy in Motion LLC in the stirring year 2020 starting in Mid-Missouri. In 2022 Lillian relocated her business to the beautiful winter wonderland and ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado.

Here & Now

Remedy in Motion LLC (Lillian) is located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado. Lillian's services are provided inside Spheeris Pilates & Wellness Studio. She offers private and duet Gyrotonic sessions as well as Gyrokinesis group classes throughout the week/year round. Lillian focuses on providing her clients with nothing but the best alternative holistic health & wellness techniques and movement methods.

Studio Policy

Cancellation Policy

Private + Group Classes

Clients are to give Lillian 24 hours notice if they cannot make a reserved appointment so she can schedule an alternate client. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, clients will be charged 100% of their session. 

Etiquette

Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a client fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy. After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, they will be charged for each class they no-show without notification. Cancellations can be made by emailing the Lillian. Please be considerate of your fellow movement students by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.

Inclement Weather Policy

Incase we are experiencing poor weather conditions we will decide to close our doors by following the Summit County School District weather cancellation policy.
